December 7, 2007

Beginning in January, 2008, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s Training and Certification department, Medicare Advantage Marketing Training, and Oversight Individual Business Unit will provide certification training on BCBSM and BCN Medicare Advantage plans for individuals. These certification programs are being offered to newly licensed agents and agents who were not previously certified to market and sell these products for 2008 enrollments.

  • Under no circumstance will any agent who arrives later than 15 minutes after the start of the program be admitted to the program.
