Third-quarter 2008 Rate Ease Update Available

Third-quarter 2008 rates are now available through Rate Ease, which is located in the Agent section at bcbsm.com.

In order to verify that you have received the update:

  • Open Rate Ease
  • Click on “Help” (located next to ‘Client Activities”)
  • Click “About”
  • The update will show as, “March 12, 2008”

Important information for Windows Vista users

If you’ve recently installed Windows Vista and this is the first time for you to download Rate Ease since doing so, before you download, contact the help line at 1-800-696-4120.

Some users who’ve recently added Windows Vista have experienced installation issues and we want to make sure that you’re getting the Rate Ease updates just as you have in the past. If you have Windows Vista and have already downloaded Rate Ease using that operating system, continue to download Rate Ease as you have in the past.

Thank you for your help in making Rate Ease an easy-to-use quoting software package. If you encounter any technical problems when downloading or using Rate Ease, call the help line at 800-696-4120.
